• A fine natural color "cornflower" Kashmir sapphire.

• This gemstones color is velvety cornflower blue. There is no extinction (blackness) in this stone. The stone faces very nicely as a 4ct stone with an 82% depth. The clarity is moderately included with no eye visible inclusions. We have seen a Cartier ring with similar Kashmir sapphire selling for $120,000 in a major US city. I bought the stone at an excellent price and able to forward the savings. A 4ct stone of this quality should resell at $5000/ct wholesale.

• The shape is a rectangular cushion with original cutting. The stone was unmounting from an old ring. The stone is certified with the Swiss laboratory GRS and the New York laboratory AGL.

• Viewed with microscope at 50x magnification: Diagnostic Inclusions: Classic wide zones of velvet blue and silky turbidity. Classic rounded with corrosion and wispy veils.
