• A very fine, moderately saturated, "cornflower" Kashmir sapphire.

• The tone is 70% with moderate texture and moderate dichroic effect. There are no eye visible inclusions (Moderately Included MI2). Although ligher bright color, this sapphire is classic old material.

• The ring is handmade by Viachi, in 18K two tone gold with 1.27cts of fancy yellow & white diamonds. The Italian craftmanship is superb showing detailed bead set bright cut diamonds with exceptional symmetry.

• This natural color Kashmir is priced to sell. I purchased this stone in 2004 and recut it from just under 5 carats. In addition, the purchase includes the AGTA and GRS certificates valued at more than $600.

• Viewed with microscope at 50x magnification: The internal inclusions below, taken with our microscope at 50x magnification, show typical 'classic Kashmir' signatures. This stone is easily identified as Kashmir. The stone has two reputable laboratory certificates confirming it's origin. GRS (Switzerland) and AGTA (NY city).

Price: $13,500
