• A very fine, medium "cornflower" Kashmir sapphire.

• The tone is 70% with moderate texture and moderate dichroic effect. There are no eye visible inclusions (Moderately Included MI1-2). This old classic crystal is a lighter bright color. The stone has an ideal 74% depth, showing a beautiful 4ct+ face.

• The ring is handmade by Viachi, in 18K two tone gold with 1.27cts of VVS fancy yellow & white (F-G) )diamonds. The Italian craftmanship is superb showing detailed bead set bright cut diamonds with exceptional symmetry.

• This natural color Kashmir is priced very inexpensive. Purchased and recut from 5cts in 2004. Our price has not been changed since 2004, althought the value of stones has increased atleast 30%. The gemstone is accompanied by both AGTA (NY, NY) and GRS (Switzerlands) certificate reports stating no enhancement and Kashmir origin.

• Viewed with microscope at 50x magnification: The internal inclusions below, taken with our microscope at 50x magnification, show typical 'classic Kashmir' signatures. This stone is easily identified as Kashmir. The stone has two reputable laboratory certificates confirming it's origin. GRS (Switzerland) and AGTA (NY city). The former director and signer of the AGTA certificate is now head of research at Gubelin laboratories Switzerland.
